Podiatry are available at Brownley Green Health Centre (1st Floor). A self referral form needs be completed before an appointment can be given with the podiatry department.

A copy of the self-referral form is shown below which can be downloaded, or you can collect a copy from our reception desk.

The midwives share your care with your doctor, and the hospital are responsible for your antenatal care.

Please book yourself in for Antenatal Care via the new self-referral portal which is available for women who wish to book at Wythenshawe Hospital, St Mary’s or North Manchester General.

Booking via the portal will ensure you are able to access maternity services in a prompt and timely manner.
